Amendment 0001 is issued to answer offerors' questions.  The following attachments have been revised:  Attachment II Price Schedule, Attachment III Contract Clauses, and Attachment IV Solicitation Provisions.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z02321QPV200100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-09, effective 26 October 2020. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336612. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This is an unrestricted requirement. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. It is the offerors’ responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps website for the release of any amendments to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using in accordance with FAR 12.6.
