The Office of Technology Development Security Features Division (OTD/SFD) of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for a Video Spectral Comparator (VSC). The VSC has capabilities that include document and security features imaging and hyperspectral analyses which is useful for multiple offices including the offices of Material Technology, Quality Operations, Engineering and the Central Bank Cash Machine Group (CBCMG) liaison.
