Foster and Freeman is the only source capable of meeting the Government's requirements for the VSC8000 based on compatibility with existing systems and unique Government needs. This item is peculiar to one manufacturer. Foster and Freeman has no authorized resellers or distributors in the United States. They do have one reseller, but that reseller is only an overseas reseller. The estimated value of this procurement is $241,412.30.
