SCAG’s 58th Regional Conference and General Assembly (GA) will convene on May 4-5, 2023 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, CA. The program will feature a diverse slate of expert panels, keynote presentations and technical demonstrations designed to equip the region for navigating major changes. Primary audience includes Southern California’s most influential leaders and innovators are expected to attend, including local elected officials, CEOs, business and civic leaders, transportation and environmental stakeholders, local government staff and others. SCAG wishes to secure the services of a video-taping service provider, to video-tape meetings at the GA event as detailed in the Scope of Work (SOW) during this year’s event and the next two yearly GA events during the dates provided in the SOW. GA events are being held in Palm Desert California, but could change, although highly unlikely.
