Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for four (4) Video Link Transmitters Description(s): US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Dell-Star Technologies for the purchase of four Broadcast Quality, Mil Standard, RF Video Link Transmitter Receiver System ***Sole Source determination is based on the need for the transmitters to be compatible with existing equipment ***Delivery shall be FOB Destination,1500 W. La Quinta, Nogales, Arizona 85621. ***The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220, and the size standard is 750. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if any interested party believes it can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email, verifications of receipt of responses are the sole responsibility of the contractor.
