Intergraph forensic video processing system includes proprietary software (Video Analyst) that is loaded on the specified hardware. This software must be compatible with the existing software that is currently owned by the FBI. Intergraph does not have any resellers for this software. This is a turn-key forensic video processing system. This hardware must be fully interoperable with our existing computer systems approved for forensic evaluations. This is a firm-fixed price, One Time Buy contract. The proposed contract action is for products and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
