The Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) is a grant-administering agency that also provides systems improvement, research and training assistance to criminal justice and public health stakeholders across the State.The ACJC is initiating this Statement of Work to solicit proposals from responsible and qualified vendors interested in contracting with ACJC to provide a comprehensive solution for the Arizona Victim Notification System (VNS). The successful vendor will provide victims of Arizona with a statewide automated victim notification system. The ACJC VNS program’s goal is to help protect Arizona crime victims and survivors of crime on a statewide basis from further victimization, improve safety, uphold their rights, and provide them with critical information about the custody status of the criminal offenders who victimized them
