Title: Vicon Cameras
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and Division of Safety Research (DSR) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Vicon Motion Systems, Inc., 7388 S. Revere Parkway, Suite 901, Centennial, CO 80112 for VICON T10 cameras and associated hardware.
DSR currently owns multiple Vicon camera systems that are used in three separate laboratories (High Bay, Human Factors, and VR). Each current system consists of six cameras. Vicon Motion Measurement System (hardware and software) is a proprietary product of Vicon. Vicon cameras can interface to the Vicon equipment that is currently being used.
Clin 1: Bonita 10 cameras
1 MPx optical camera, 250 fps featuring a varifocal lens (4 to 12mm) and NIR strobe

This contract action is for a product for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C 2304(c) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
