The United States Air Force, 88th Air Base Wing, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-5344 is preparing to solicit for a firm-fixed price contract for one (each) three-dimensional laser vibrometer system. The contract line items will be firm-fixed price. Proposal equipment shall meet the requirements contained in the specifications below:
1. PSV-3D-modular Polytec Scanning Vibrometer Testing System with the following deliverables:
a. PSV-400-H4/3D
i. PSV-3D Junction Box
ii. PSV-3D data management system
iii. PSV-A-420 Integrated Geometry Scan Unit
iv. PSV-A-010 Mobile Cabinet
v. 4 Channel, 80 kHz, +/- 10m/s acquisition, 12800 lines of resolution
vi. 3D animation and software
b. PSV-400 Refurb
i. OFV-5000 refurbishment and calibration
ii. Installation of VD-09
iii. Scanning head inspection, adjustments and alignment for capability with PSV-400-3D
iv. Software update and software to match new PSV-3D
v. System will maintain all existing options currently owned
c. PSV-i400/5000
i. PSV-I-400 scanning laser head
ii. OFV-5000 laser controller
iii. VD-09 decoder board
iv. Scanning head adjustment and alignment for compatibility with PSV-400-3D
d. PSV-S-ImpGeo Geometry Data Import
e. Onsite Training - 2 days

Delivery for this equipment should be 10-12 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). FOB Destination.
We intend to award this contract sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered. The sole source is Polytec 16400 Bake Parkway STE 150 Irvine, CA 92618.
At this time no small business set-aside is expected. NAICS Code 334519, Size Standard 500 employees.
