There will be a non-mandatory Pre-proposal Conference at the Animal Control Building, at 4765 Highway 17 North, Brunswick, GA 31525 on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 3:00 PM (eastern time). Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer at [email protected] no later than September 18, 2020. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than September 25, 2020. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Proposal will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. It shall be the Proposers responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the opening of proposals. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the name(s) of those Proposers responding will be mentioned. No proposal may be modified in any way after the deadline for proposal openings.
