The Board of Commissioners, Brunswick, Georgia is interested in seeking proposals from interested qualified professionals to provide veterinary services for the Glynn County Animal Control as outlined in the statement of work herein. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the name(s) of those Proposers responding will be mentioned. All Proposers are invited to be present during the proposal opening. There will be a non-mandatory Pre-proposal Conference at the Animal Control Building, at 4765 Highway 17 North, Brunswick, GA 31525 on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 3:00 PM (eastern time). Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer at
[email protected] no later than March 9, 2020. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than March 13, 2020. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Proposal will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. It shall be the Proposers responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the opening of proposals. The County will receive sealed technical and fee proposals at the following address: Glynn County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department W. Harold Pate Building 1725 Reynolds St., Suite 300 Brunswick, Georgia 31520 Proposals will be received until March 19, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Hand-delivered proposals may be submitted up to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the opening. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the name(s) of those Proposers responding will be mentioned. No proposal may be modified in any way after the deadline for proposal openings. These instructions are an integral part of any proposal. The Proposers' response shall include the required number of technical proposals and one fee proposal with all other information requested in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Technical response must not have fees listed therein. If a fee is located in the technical response, the submission will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated. The fees shall be the full cost to the Board of Commissioners, Glynn County, Georgia. Technical and Fee Proposals must be sealed in separate envelopes with the solicitation name and number and type of Proposal listed on the outside. Failure to do so WILL result in disqualification of the Request for Proposal submission.
