The Bureau of Land Management(BLM) Ridgecrest Field Office in Ridgecrest, California has a requirement for services for a Veterinarian, licensed to practice in the State of California. The Veterinarian should have experience in handling large, wild horses and burros. The Corrals are located 4 miles east of Ridgecrest, California on Randsburg Wash Road. The workload will vary seasonally with the peak season occurring between July and April. The maximum number of animals could be as much as 1,150 to 1,200 head and the lowest approximately 300 head.
