It is the intent of the City of Waycross to contract a licensed veterinarian for a period of 9 months for services for the Waycross Animal Services. Effective date of contract will be November 13, 2023, through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew contract beginning July 1, 2024, on an annual basis for up to four additional years if both parties are in agreement and there are no price increases. Bidder shall complete the proposal and mail, or hand deliver to the City of Waycross, Purchasing Department, and 2nd floor, City Hall, 417 Pendleton Street, Waycross, GA 31501 or PO Drawer 99, Waycross, GA 31502 no later than 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 1, 2023
