5.2 Vertrep Poles and Legs will be delivered to Contractor's Facility after award of contract. Contractor shall be responsible to return Vertrep Poles and Legs to MSFSC Warehouse, Bldg LP-26, Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk VA upon completion of testing and certification.

6.0 QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

6.1 All work shall be performed to the satisfaction of the MSC Port Engineer, Chief Engineer, and the Chief Mate.

7.0 STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIRED

7.1 Provide all necessary services and equipment to test MK 105 Vertrep Poles and Legs IAW NAVSEA Tech manual SG420-AP-MMA-010 Rev 7.

7.2 Provide condition report of any deficiencies found during testing.

7.2.1 A change order will be issued for repairs required to restore poles and legs to operating standards.
7.2.2 Re-test repaired poles and legs.

7.3 Provide two (2) each copies of Weight Test Certifications to the Port Engineer.

7.4 Manufacturer's Representative: None.

7.5 Preparation of Drawings: None.
