This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation is being conducted as a Request for Proposal (Solicitaion No.) FA8571-15-R-0004.

This solicitation is being solicited Under Other than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement" and will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity award with a base + four option year periods.
