The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Verizon Delaware, Inc. P.O. Box 152092 E04N53, Irving TX 75015-2092 for the purchase of local telephone services for PBGC's Field Benefit Administration (FBA) office in Wilmington Delaware. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and utilizing the Simplified Acquisition method described in FAR 13.106.
