The RFQ notice is to procure maintenance renewal services for the Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). The attached RFQ package has been attached with all terms and conditions related to this notice.

Responses are due no later than Wednesday, April 30, 2014 @ 2:00PM EST

The vendors quote will be evaluated based on best value. A single award will be made to the vendor whose quote conforms to the RFQ.  The Government does reserve the right of such flexibility in evaluation to ensure award of a contract in its best interest. It is the Government's intent to award without discussion; therefore it is incumbent upon all offerors to submit their best proposal.

Quotes should also set forth any exceptions/assumptions taken with regard to the specification or any other aspect of the RFQ or any other information that you find necessary and pertinent to your quotation.

This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort, nor a promise of future direction to proceed.  Offerors are solely responsible for this RFQ's submission costs.
