6. Subject/Description:
This is a non-personal services contract to Conduct a Verification, Validation &Accreditation (VV&A) of the Medical Cost Avoidance Model (MCAM) application for the USAPHC. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07.
This a full and open procurement. The relevant NAICS code is 541990 with a small business size standard of $16.5M.
