This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-16-0033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86FEB2016.

This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 325320.

A quotation is requested to provide Verbenone Pouches, SPLAT Tubes and Applicators,and MCH Bubble Caps for Region One (1) and Region Four (4) forests. The awarded purchase order or purchase orders and will be a firm fixed price contract, with a delivery required on April 15, 2016 and May 27, 2016.

The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition, offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
