The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following vendor questions;
What, if any A/V requirements are needed in the conference room and/or the breakouts? Also, the room requirements are not clear; will you please confirm that the requirement is:
One (1) large conference room (to be broken into 2 as specified)
A total of Six (6) additional rooms:
* Four (4) Breakout Rooms for the week
* One (1) Breakout Room for the week that will be shared as an off-site office
* One (1) Room for the week as the ops office
The customer provided the following response;
For the large conference room, I will need a projector and large screen to show slides for presentations. As well as an LCD monitor/TV for one of the breakout rooms starting on the 21st.
The room breakout is correct.
