The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has a requirement for contractual support services for a hotel venue and conference space, audiovisual equipment, and technical support during the annual Acquisition Research Symposium to be held May 12-13, 2021. The scope of this requirement is for a room block at the federal per diem rate; technical audiovisual equipment and support; facility event coordination support; a completed event plan; the reservation of venue space to accommodate an expected 350 individual participants on both days of the event and the hanging of six (6) event banners.
