This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to solicit on a Sole Source Basis to Velocity Software Inc. for the purchase of Velocity zVPS Performance Suite (zVPS) V1.1 Software. Request for quote(s) will be solicited only from Velocity Software Inc. due to proprietary software rights to the company. The NAICS code for this action is 541511. Period of performance of August 2015 thru August 2016 for maintenance provided with the purchase of this product. This Notice is not a Request for Quote and no solicitation will be issued. This Notice only pertains to the following items as described in the attached Statement of Work. Written response to this notice may be provided. If provided, it must be received by this office no later than 12:00 noon EST on August 07, 2015. Additionally, documentation must establish your capability and willingness to fulfill the requirement. Written responses will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitively. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
