The current solicitation number is: 18-239-SOL-00041 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for a Vein Illuminator (view system). There is a Statement of Work (SOW) as an attachment to this solicitation for the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service.

There will only be one (1) award for this solicitation resulting from the responsible offerors whose proposal represents lowest acceptable cost. Proposals shall contain the offerors best pricing.
