The State of Vermont, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), now known as HireAbility Vermont, is a statewide direct service organization within the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) in the Agency of Human Services (AHS), jointly hereafter “State.” HireAbility provides vocational rehabilitation and employment services for Vermonters with disabilities.
