SYNOPSIS for Software Licenses Purchase The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Pullman, WA. has a requirement for the purchase of Vector NTI Advance (v. 11) licenses for the period 3/4/09 – 3/3/10. The software package, Vector NTI Advance (v. 11) contains modules including, but not limited to: contig building, molecule creation and manipulation, cloning tools, sequence alignment and distance tree construction as well as sequence annotation and reporting. RFQ's are not available for this requirement. The USDA intends on negotiating with the only known source.
