In an effort to make the solicitation process more efficient and cost effective for both vendors and the agency, the City of Valdez Capital Facilities Department has adopted an electronic bidding process for this solicitation. Electronic bids must be submitted at the City of Valdez solicitations page on Bid Express here All bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copy or paper submissions will not be accepted. Bids shall be submitted on the forms furnished, or copies thereof, and must be manually signed in ink (except for where electronic signatures are required for bid submission). Original manually signed bid documents will be required from the successful bidder. If erasures or other changes appear on the forms, the person signing the bid must initial each erasure or change. The Bid Form will provide for quotation or price for all items. Bidders must quote on all items. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
