The Government intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Thesis, Sociedad Anonima using commercial item acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Parts 12 and 13 for communication items and installation of same in Guatemala, to be donated to the Government of Guatemala to augment existing software.  Solicitation is not available at this time. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to change the acquisition strategy.
