The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Ashley National Forest, has a need for toilet pumping services throughout the forest, in compliance with contract specifications, terms, and provisions stated herein.
Duchesne and Roosevelt Ranger Districts, North and South of Duchesne (Duchesne County, UT)
Venal Ranger District, North of Vernal (Uintah County, UT)
Flaming Gorge Ranger District, NE Utah & SW Wyoming, (Sweetwater County, WY, Daggett County, UT)

Up to 75 vaults per year, including multiple pumping of some, as listed in Exhibit 2. Toilets shall be pumped at a frequency and time of year as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
***Unit of Issue equals 1 (one) vault to be pumped. Refer to the List of Vault Toilets in Exhibit 2***
(Note: one vault = one unit = each) Service fluctuates depending on the use during the season. The restrooms are located throughout the Ashley National Forest. The bid per vault shall include all costs.
