The solicitation is issued for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The solicitation contains multiple NSNs (113) for FSCs 3110 and 3120. The IDPO has a 3-year base and one 2-year option period. Pricing will be evaluated based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity. The estimated annual quantities for the applicable NSNs vary with each NSN and will be noted in the solicitation. For an offer to be considered valid, the offeror must price at least 10 items. Any offer that does not price 10 items will be considered invalid. This is not all or none. An evaluation will be made on a line-by-line basis for all offerors quoting at least 10 items. The quantities will be the same for the base and option periods. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted.

Inspection/Acceptance requirements and delivery schedule will be noted on the solicitation. FOB Destination. Some items are Critical Safety Items (CSI). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

The solicitation will be available around October 16, 2015 with an estimated closing date is November 13, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). Offers through DIBBS are unacceptable.
