The Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation (DLA-A) intends to solicit and award to a sole source, part-numbered item contract with Northrop Grumman (61174). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests.  Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award added to an existing corporate contract. These NSNs may be awarded individually or in groups. The addition of these NSNs will carry the same terms and conditions of the existing contract.  Any item found to be of a competitive nature may be removed from consideration on this award.  All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A letter request for proposal (RFP) will be issued and will not be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly.
