Public notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the City of Richland’s VANTAGE HIGHWAY PATHWAY - PHASE 2 Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division, until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a new, separated HMA multi-use pathway, refer to plan documents and specifications for details.
