VIA Metropolitan Transit wishes to contract a qualified vendor to provide VIA with Vanpool Services. Pre-Proposal Conference A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via teleconference at 10:00a.m on October 12, 2023. Firms wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed in Pre-Proposal Conference of the RFP. Upon entry into the meeting firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to the Contracts Specialist. Myrtle San Antonio, TX 78212 Delivery Information Prior to the time and date indicated above, all Proposal Packages shall be delivered to the Contracting Officer at the address indicated above. Proposal Packages received after the above time and date shall not be considered, except as provided in the section entitled "Late Submissions.” Proposers shall submit an unbound (1) one original and five (5) bound copies of the technical proposal, one unbound original of the price proposal; and an electronic copy of the technical proposal in PDF format. The technical proposal package shall be submitted in a sealed package labeled “Technical Proposal - VIA RFP #24-005 Vanpool Provider" and the price proposal enveloped shall be labeled "Price Proposal - VIA RFP #24-005 Vanpool Provider" and addressed as indicated above.
