Vance Air Force Base Bowling Center Flooring.

Work shall consist of removing existing carpet and tiles and disposal of said items.  Remove/dismount furniture, lockers and bowling ball racks.  Preparation for the concrete slab to be leveled, fill in a 30' crack and repair any unknown cracks prior to staining and sealing concrete slab.  Install plastic sheeting to protect kitchen area, customer counter area and the bowling lanes/approach from excessive dust.  Provide lockable storage container for furniture storage.  Awarded vendor is responsible for the cleanup of material, tools, existing carpet and tiles, and all areas surrounding after installation.
