Please provide a quote for the items listed below by 16:00 Central European
Time, Wednesday, 13 May 2015. Only open market quotes will be accepted and
must be able to provide all items, no partial quotes will be accepted. All
quotes will be evaluated lowest price technically acceptable.
The required product will provide street sweeping in the Kaiserslautern
Germany Military Community. The Sweeper in its delivered state is required
to comply with the following:

1) German 'Strassenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung vom 26. April 2012' (StVZO),
2) 'Deutsche Industrienorm' (DIN) (German Industry Standards) as well as
3) International Organisation for Standardization (ISO-Normen).

Please see the attached documents containing the request for quote and the
item description. Please provide a quote in accordance with the description
of requested item on the attached form titled "Request for Quote."

All quotes shall include delivery to Ramstein Germany.

Please provide quotes are valid through 30 September, 2015.
