The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, intends to issue a purchase order with Nash Engineering Company INC for the procurment of a Vacuum Priming Valve 1/2" x 3/16". Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Nash Engineering Company INC is the original equipment manufactuer "OEM" of Vacuum Priming Valve. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all information received within fiveteen (15) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis.

A Determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
