Amendment II:  The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes as follows:

From:  April 29, 2021 @ 12pm EST

To: May 10, 2021 @ 12pm EST

All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.  

Amendment I:  The purpose of this amendment is to address vendor questions and answers and update the Statement of Work.  Please see attachments (Amendment I and Statement of Work Rev 2) for complete details.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to design and fabricate vacuum jacketed piping, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and the terms and conditions as set forth in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.  Please see all applicable attachments for complete details.
