The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire non-personal services support for the Navy Talent Acquisition Group New York located in New York, NY. The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The anticipated period of performance is as follows: base period 05 November 2020 through 30 September 2021 with one 7-month option period and one 6-month option period thereafter. The ultimate completion date is 04 November 2022. Interested parties may identify their capability and respond to the requirement and request a copy of the RFQ. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all responses received after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
