The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement for the procurement of a AN/ALR-67(V)3 Special Test Equipment (STE). Rayttheon is the original designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AN/ALR-67(V)3 system, and as such is the only company with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide integrated (V)3 STE for this effort. The Government intends to issue a sole-source delivery order under BOA number N00019-10-G-0006 to Raytheon, Goleta, CA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. No phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete this proposed effort based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. For small business or subcontracting opportunities, contact Raytheon at (805)562-4292. See Note 22.
