The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement for Ambulance Services. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to complete the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
Place of Performance: The Ambulance services will be conducted for the Charles George VA Medical Center 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805.
Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base year plus two one-year options beginning October 1, 2020 September 30, 2021 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Total Small Business (SB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 621910, Ambulance Services with a Size Standard of $16.5 million.
Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 5, 2020 via Contract Opportunities website via https://beta.sam.gov/.
