The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Life Support (ALS) ground Ambulance Services, at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System (New York City metro area). The VA New York Harbor Healthcare System comprises of the Manhattan campus, Brooklyn campus, and the St Albans Community Living Center, as well as these five outpatient community clinics: Harlem, Staten Island, Yonkers, Queens, and White Plains. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
