This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Iowa Army National Guard Family Services Branch wishes to procure accommodations to support a "Yellow Ribbon" Event for de-mobilizing troops and their families in the Des Moines, Iowa area to include: Sleeping Rooms, Meeting Room, Breakout Rooms, Registration Area, Breakfast and Lunch Meals. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912LP-12-T-0005. All proposals shall be submitted by 8:00 a.m. local time on 15 December 2011. The anticipated award date is 19 December 2011.
