Multiple awards may be made, according to best value at each delivery location. Period of performance will be 02/01/2008 through 09/30/2008. The solicitation materials should be available for download by 01/08/2008, and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by email or fax not later than 3:00 pm Eastern, 01/18/2008.
