Multiple awards may be made, according to best value at each delivery location. Period of performance will be 02/01/2005 through 09/30/2005. The solicitation materials should be available for download by 01/10/2005, and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by mail or fax not later than 3:00 pm Eastern, 01/21/2005.
