Description The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Headquarters (HQ) is located at the Chester A. Arthur Building (CAB), 425 I Street, NW, Washington, DC 20536. ICE requires the services of a contractor to furnish personnel, vehicles, equipment, maintenance, and supervision necessary and incidental to providing transportation for the Government personnel, packages, and mail between various locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). For the purposes of this contract, WMA is defined as the District of Columbia; the counties of Montgomery, Prince George, and Anne Arundel in Maryland; and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudon, Prince William, and the City of Alexandria in Virginia. Limited travel outside of the WMA will be required on occasion. Regular coverage hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Security requirement of “Secret” is required. The duration of contract will be one base year with 4 one-year options. THIS REQUIREMENT AS BEEN SET ASIDE FOR THE SBA 8(a) PROGRAM, within a 50-mile radius of DHS/ICE.
