CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE BRIDLE OUT TO AND INCLUDING FLOUNDER PLATE, IN ADDITION TO BACK UP BRIDLE TOW NAVIGATION LIGHTS, FLOODING ALARM SYSTEM AND SHORE/FLOATING CRANE. CONTRACTOR SHOULD PLAN TO TOW THE VESSELS PER THE U.S. NAVY TOWING MANUAL, SL 740-AA-MAN-010, SEPT 88. MAXIMUM SPEED LADEN IN MODERATE WEATHER IS 6 KNOTS. OWNER TO WARRANT THAT ANY AND ALL REGULATORY COMPLIANCES ARE MAINTAINED.
