Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of two airplanes, Aero Commander 500, or equal, in support of fire and resource management activities, aerial observation and logistical support under IFR and VFR conditions. Service is for Bureau of Land Management, Alaska Fire Service. Contract period is 90 days for one aircraft and 100 days for the second aircraft with a contract start dates of April 19 and April 27, 2006. Designated base is Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. The term of this contract will be one year with options to renew for an additional three years. Certification under 14 CFR and Chapter 135, Air Taxi Operators and Commercial Operators is required.
