Provide lodging for the National Security Seminar to be held 3-9 June 2006 at Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Hotel must meet or exceed the 3 Diamond rating as awarded by the AAA Diamond Rating System or equivalent. Hotel must be located within a five-mile radius of Carlisle Barracks. Seminar is expected to include approximately 160 guests, plus or minus 30%. The Government will pay only for actual rooms used. The Government will NOT pay for rooms on 3 June 2006 and 9 June 2006. Hotel provides breakfast at no additional cost. Restaurant accommodations either on site or within 500 feet. Late checkout (1 pm) on 9 June 2006 at no additional cost. This requirement is unrestricted. Telephone requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Email requests must include lodging contractor name and address.
