Provide lodging and meeting space for the National Security Seminar to be held 4-10 June 05 at the Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Hotel must meet or exceed the 3 Diamonds rating as awarded by the AAA Diamond rating system or equivalent . Hotel must also be located within a 5 mile radius of Carlisle Barracks. Seminar is expected to include approximately 160 guests, plus or minus 30%. The due date for receipt of proposals is approximate and subject to change based on issuance date.
