The Regional Contracting Office-Alaska (RCO-AK) has a requirement in support of the Directorate of Logistics (DOL), Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The proposed contract action is for Packing and Crating Support Services at Fort Wainwright Alaska and Fort Greely Alaska. The Contractor(s) shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Packing and Crating Support Services for Fort Wainwright and Fort Greely as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

The Government is soliciting this requirement under FAR Part 12, Acquisition for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a base year and four option years. Please note that the pre-solicitation was erroneously numbered as W912D0-13-R-0008.

This acquisition is set aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488991 (Packing and Crating) with a size standard of 25.5M. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a WOSB under NAICS code 488991 to be eligible for the award. The successful offeror must also provide the necessary information for the Government to be able to verify eligibility as a WOSB as defined by the Small Business Administration.
