NAICS Code 488991, Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services as necessary to perform Packing & Crating of household goods at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. This service includes but is not limited to Packing of household goods for inbound, outbound and intra-city services. Request for Proposal (RFP) is 100% small business set-aside. Proposed contract is for a basic year plus two one-year options. Locations of different areas are as follows: LOCATION A: Local Moves intra-city area: includes Ada, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, and Payette counties. LOCATION B: Western Idaho and Eastern Oregon counties for outbound and inbound shipments: this includes Malhuer County Oregon and Idaho Counties: Adams, Washington, Payette, Gem, Canyon, Boise, Valley, Elmore, Owyhee, and Ada. LOCATION C: Idaho Falls/Pocatello, inbound and outbound shipments for Idaho Counties: Clark, Lemhi, Custer, Fremont, Madison, Teton, Bonneville, Butte, Jefferson, Bingham, Bannock, Caribou, Bear Lake, Franklin, Oneida, and Power. LOCATION D: Twin Falls areas, outbound and inbound shipments for Idaho counties: Twin Falls, Gooding, Lincoln, Cassia, Camas, Blaine, Jerome, and Minidoka; and Elko County in Nevada. LOCATION E: Oregon area: (1) outbound and inbound shipment for Lake, Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, Wheeler, and Harney counties.
